<p>Anyone else in the same predicament?</p>

Lights, Outlets, HVAC, TV &amp; Audio, Drapes, Door Locks, Fish Pond, Lawn Sprinklers, etc.  I have Echo or Google units in every room that talk to HomeSeer to control everything.  Life is much easier with automation!!!</p>
